How long does a Mug 3 stay warm?

With the included sliding lid, it can maintain temperature for over three hours. On the charging coaster it can maintain temperature all day.

Is the mug dishwasher safe?

Yes. Mug 3 is dishwasher safe on the top rack. Let it dry completely before placing it on the charger.

Can I use the mug without an app?

Yes. Mug 3 can be controlled directly on the mug. The Ember app is optional for additional control.

How do returns work?
